I am a Sole Trader and have successfully managed to stay that way by only taking on Projects that are within my Scale and Capability. The plus side of this is that as a Customer you will only ever deal with one person as I will cover everything from the Initial Visit through to Final Installation. Existing Projects are always completed before new Projects are started.
